Jennifer Flannery brings nearly two decades of entrepreneurial experience to her role as Office Manager at J FLAN CO. As an owner and operator over the past 18 years, she applies her deep knowledge and organizational skills to manage all aspects of the company’s administrative operations. Jennifer plays a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.  Beyond her work, Jennifer is deeply committed to her local community. She values her volunteer work and takes pride in being a dedicated mom to her children — balancing family life and business with purpose and heart.

With over 18 years of experience in commercial construction, Jon Flanery leads J FLAN CO with a strong foundation in project execution, client service, and corporate strategy. Prior to founding J FLAN CO, Jon spent 13 years as a project manager in general contracting and 5 years as president of a major construction firm, overseeing complex public works, industrial, K–12, higher education, and healthcare projects across the region. Holding a degree in Construction Management from Alfred State, Jon combines deep industry expertise with a hands-on, client-focused approach. His leadership ensures that every project is driven by integrity, efficiency, and long-term value. In addition to construction, Jon also brings experience in real estate management, rounding out a comprehensive understanding of the built environment.

After an early start in the construction industry, I joined Local 46 Sheet Metal Workers and quickly worked my way up. I became a foreman right after completing my apprenticeship. Now, with 16 years of experience under my belt, I'm taking on a new challenge, partnering with my brother to help him launch his own business.
